PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method/system for reception processing which receives/ answers automatically to multilingual calls such as an emergency call, a disaster call, a crime call from a calling terminal, converts them to text data, records it by a prescribed language and format after that and gives a multilingual instruction or command. SOLUTION: The system is installed at a reception center for receiving multilingual calls by using a calling terminal 2 such as a fixed telephone 2A, a cellular phone 2B and a public communication network 8, and consists of a communication controller 3, a private branch line 4 within a reception center and a reception processor 1 including a reception processing means 11, a receiving and answering means 12, a multilingual speech recognition means 13, a multilingual translation means, a data storage means 19, a reception outputting means 22, a reception command means 21 for instruction based on the reception of a call to a caller, a speech input means 25 and a speech output means 26. |
