SOLUTION: An information request means 1 is connected to an information distributing means 2 via the Internet 3. Multimedia information is transmitted to a broadcasting satellite or a communication satellite 6 from the information distributing means 2 via a broadcasting station 8 and displayed on a TV receiver or an open air display device 7b, etc. Distributing information is displayed simultaneously with the multimedia information and transmitted from the information request means 1 to the information distributing means 2. The means 2 receives the distributing information, retrieves information corresponding to the distributing information and replies retrieved information to the information request means 1. The means 1 returns information to the information distributing means 2 in accordance with the reply result. Replying and returning are repeated so as to process multimedia information. |
