PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve productivity and reliability of a linear motor. SOLUTION: A smooth cylindrical shape can be formed easily by engaging a thin plate 9 having higher magnetic permeability among a plurality of projected portions 11 provided on a fixing belt 10 which may be curved, and by forming an outer yoke 8 in which the fixing belt 10 is formed cylindrically so that the thin plate 9 is laminated almost radially. Accordingly, productivity can be improved and moreover reliability can also be improved by preventing contact with a movable magnet.
