PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analog-to-digital converter with a gamma correction function with a simple structure, low power consumption and capable of high circuit integration that prevents signal distortion during gamma correction. SOLUTION: The analog-to-digital converter with a gamma correction function includes a gamma correction unit 100 for generating a plurality of reference voltages corrected according to a gamma function and a decoding unit 200 for selecting at least one corrected reference voltage among the corrected reference voltages in response to an input signal and performing analog-to-digital conversion of the selected reference voltage.
