PRODUCTION PLAN LEVELING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily realize dispersion of a production plan according to production capacity also when shipment is concentrated on a specific day. SOLUTION: A unit group arranging means 5 arranges all the unit groups in order of a production completion upper limit day. A production capacity cumulative means 6 cumulates and adds production capacity from the first day to the last day in an object period of a production plan. A production unit number cumulative means 7 determines the total number of production units required for every day by considering that the production of all the units including in each unit group is completed till each production completion upper limit day and cumulates and adds the number. A cumulative working ratio calculation means 8 determines a cumulative working ratio showing the ratio of a production unit number cumulative value occupied in the production capacity cumulative value for every day from the first day of the period to the last day of the period. A production plan setting means 9 sets a production plan of each day so that the cumulative working ratio on a day showing a peak in the period may be substantially equal to the working ratio from the first day of the period to the day showing the peak.
