PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify negotiation of ordering/order-receiving and to smoothly carry out the transaction, while protecting business secrets between a specific seller side and a purchaser side at an electronic commercial transaction between a combination of the seller side and the purchaser side. SOLUTION: In the material purchase/selling system at a manufacturing industry who purchases a plurality of materials from a plurality of sellers side and manufactures a product, a purchaser side has a server connectable from a plurality of seller sides, and an exclusive site of the respective sellers side is set on the server. The purchaser side imparts different pass word for each exclusive site to the respective sellers side. The respective sellers side can browse only the own exclusive site using the pass word and an inputting of a material information and a renewal of the information can be carried out.
