PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording medium on which a three-dimensional CAD edit program is recorded, the edition processing speed of which is fast and which can independently and freely edit a feature and parts without depending upon edition history and further can simultaneously perform editing, striding over a plurality of features and a plurality of parts without depending upon the history, and to provide a three-dimensional CAD editing method, a three- dimensional CAD device and a three-dimensional CAD edit program. SOLUTION: Components are prepared by defining a three-dimensional shape, the prepared components are stored in a component database, history information of edition processing is stored in a history table, whether or not the two prepared components interfere with each other is decided, and when the two components are decided to interfere with each other, a set operation with respect to the two components is performed on the basis of the history information stored in the history table.
