PURPOSE: A cooking method of bulgogi(roasted beef) having the charcoal fire grilled flavor using carbon oxide is provided to prevent the bulgogi from being burnt. CONSTITUTION: A cooking method of bulgogi(roasted beef) having the charcoal fire grilled flavor using carbon oxide comprises the following steps: inserting beef cured with seasonings in a frying pan, and firstly cooking the bulgogi in the edible state; spreading the firstly cooked bulgogi(10) on a cooking gridiron(4), and smoking the bulgogi using the carbon oxide; and locating a roaster plate(3) in between lower gridiron(2) and an upper gridiron(2a) laminated over a gas burner(1) for dispersing heat successively. The surface temperature of the cooking gridiron is 250-400 deg C. |
