<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment payment adjusting system capable of batch adjusting a treatment payment generated with respect to a plurality of patients. SOLUTION: The system consists of a host computer (a medical host, hereafter) having a data storing means for storing billed amount information of the treatment payment of each patient and a terminal for adjustment processing. The terminal has an ID information input means 420 for inputting ID information for identifying an individual patient, a communication means 440 for asking the medical host about the billed amount of treatment payment based on the ID information, a display means 431 for displaying billed amount sent from the medical host, a money inputting processing means 450 for inputting a receiving amount, a change processing means 460, a receipt issuing means 470 and a processing control means 410 for the processing control of the respective means. When multiple pieces of ID information are inputted to the terminal consecutively, the medical host is asked according to the ID information of each to receive information on the billed amount of the treatment payment and the billed amounts are totaled to display a total amount.</p> |
