PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packet mobile communication method for reducing useless transfer of a paging packet to be transferred in a network. SOLUTION: When a node 111 having a paging cache receives a position update packet to be transmitted from a mobile terminal 180, a received port number 4 is registered with discrimination information of a mobile terminal 108. When the node has an adjacent paging cache node list, all the nodes having addresses different from an address added to the position update packet among registered addresses of the nodes are defined as destinations, a cache update packet to which the discrimination information of the mobile terminal 180 is transmitted and positional registration is performed to the node having the paging cache at the closest position on the respective path routes to be branched by tree structure in the direction different from the one in which a gateway is connected.
