PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the loading of a small diameter disk on the tray of a driving device of a vertically-set type, and to improve the reliability of a disk support function. SOLUTION: A tray 3 in which a plurality of recessed parts 4 and 5 for disks for supporting disk storage media having different diameters, respectively are formed at a concentric position, is provided with support lugs 7 for a large disk formed at a plurality of places of the peripheral part of the recessed part 4 for a large diameter disk, and support lugs 9 for a small disk formed at a plurality of places of the peripheral part of the recessed part 5 for a small diameter disk. The support claws 9 for a small disk are provided with housing grooves 10 provided at a plurality of places of the periphery of the recessed part 4 for a large diameter disk, elastically deformable flexible lugs 13 which are supported in the housing grooves 10, and the tip parts of which are projected in the peripheral part of the recessed part 5 for a small diameter disk, and stoppers 12 for holding the state of the position where the tip parts of the flexible lugs 13 are projected from the housing grooves 10 to above the surface of the peripheral part of the recessed part 5 for a small diameter disk.
