PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability of a programmable controller comprising an alternating voltage input part constituted so that alternating voltage may be inputted as a signal. SOLUTION: In an input side path of an exclusive input part 22AC constituting the programmable controller 30, a phototriac 23T of a coupler 23 provided with a function conducting by detecting a zero cross point of voltage of an AC power source 20 is inserted in series. By minimizing rush current generated in the input side path when impressing alternating voltage, a current limit resistance 26 of small resistance value and wattage can be selected.
