A marine structure which was surrounded by a floatable breakwater was floated on the designed position of the surface of the sea. Many caissons were installed on the two circumferential bottom of the sea, namely, the lower part of the marine plant and the outside of the floatable breakwater. As aforesaid the marine structure and the floatable breakwater were held with the cassons by a cable.
