The filter, comprising a housing (1) with hollow fibres (9) positioned vertically to allow through the liquid fraction of an effluent while holding back the solids, has a system for removing the filtrate and back-feeding a filter unblocking gas in the top of the housing, which is connected to a first filtered liquid feed circuit (12). The filter unblocking system incorporates a second liquid feed circuit with a pipe (13) connected to the first circuit and a recuperation chamber.
