<p>Novel non-steroidal estrogen receptor ligands of the Formula (1) and methods of synthesis are disclosed. The novel molecules are intended for use in therapeutic preparations for the treatment of estrogen receptor related disease states. The compounds specified are tetra-cyclic derivatives and have been shown to be antiproliferative against human estrogen-dependent cancer cells and to have good binding affinity for the estrogen receptor.</p> |
