Preferred Features: The granular silicon-containing powder is made from silicon nitride and/or silicon carbide, especially silicon nitride. The average grain size of the primary powder is 0.6-1.5 Microm. A glass paste made from an aluminum nitride ceramic is used as base material for the passivating paste.
