PURPOSE: Parts of prefabricated yacht, boat, ship, construction equipment, machine equipment and toy and a method for assembling the same are provided to obtain the construction and machine equipment with a simple manner by dividing the body thereof into several parts. CONSTITUTION: Five stepped parts are assembled as an article so as to use the article in construction and machine equipment and in a toy. By taking out or adding parts from/to the five stepped parts, the part in each step is fabricated. Parts are connected to each other by using a connection ring so that the parts are integrally fixed. When forming a body of the prefabricated yacht, boat and ship, a hollow section is formed in the body in order to increase the buoyancy. In addition, parts formed in each step are crossed to each other in order to lower the pressure of water applied to the body. Another part is attached to the body in order to prevent the water leakage.
