PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a circular blade is provided to improve the process precision of the circular blade by preventing metal particles from being separated when processing the circular blade. CONSTITUTION: A disc shape material(1) having a thin thickness is prepared by using a powder metallurgy process. Both sides of the disc shape material(1) are cut and a perforation hole(2) is formed at a center of the disc shape material(1). A shaft of a rotating device is inserted into the perforation hole(2). Then, the disc shape material(1) is polished so as to polish the surface of the disc shape material(1). A jig is attached to one side of the disc shape material(1). After cutting an edge of the disc shape material(1) making contact with a grinding wheel of a grinder, the jig and the disc shape material(1) are separated from the grinder. Then, the jig is separated from the disc shape material(1).
