A mobile apparatus device comprises a housing, a keyboard and display, a receiving location for insertion of a removable chip card comprising (2) with data processing means (20) for storing identification data relating to a subscriber in a mobile communications network (4) and at least one contactless interface (14; 15) integrated in the housing. The chip card can communicate in both directions directly to an external device (3; 3), without making use of the mobile network via the interface. The contactless interface also contains a communication controller which controls the contactless interface and can exchange data with the data processing means on the chip card and an inside power storage by means of which the interface can be used independently of the batteries of the mobile apparatus.
