PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To isolate vibration with a base isolation apparatus so as not to shake a loading part when an earthquake occurs and to prevent transmission of load of the loading part to a contact point of a rolling element and a con caved surface part and movement of the loading part in a horizontal direction when an earthquake does not occur. SOLUTION: Load of the loading part 13 is transmitted to a fixing part 12 through a base isolation apparatus 14 transmitting load between a rolling element 5 and a concaved surface part 6 guiding the rolling element 5 to reduce vibration of earthquake transmitted from a fixing part 12 to the loading part 13 with the base isolation apparatus 14. Load of the loading part 13 is transferred the fixing part 12 through the base isolation apparatus 14 only when an earthquake occurs. When an earthquake does not occur, the loading part 13 is lifted by a lifting apparatus 17 to cut off transmission of load of the loading part 13 to the base isolation apparatus 14 and to transmit load of the loading part 13 to the fixing part 12 through the lifting apparatus 17 for not moving the loading part 13. |
