<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized piezoelectric sensor with high detection sensitivity to angular acceleration and translational acceleration. SOLUTION: First and second piezoelectric elements 10 and 20 each comprises a pair of piezoelectric bodies 11 and 12, and 21 and 22, and the bodies of each pair are together bonded so that their polarization directions P11 and P12, and P21 and P22, are opposite to each other. The first and second elements 10 and 20 are substantially parallel disposed leaving a distance between them, and opposite each one end is supported by a support 30 while the other end is free ends.</p> |
