PURPOSE: A fiberglass reinforced plastic floor plate for a bathroom using a resin concrete board, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the convenience of handling and working and to ensure rapid construction thereof. CONSTITUTION: The fiberglass reinforced plastic floor plate(10) for a bathroom consists of an upper fiberglass reinforced plastic layer(11), a substrate layer(12) containing a resin concrete board, and a lower fiberglass reinforced plastic layer(13). The resin concrete board is formed via the hardening of a composition consisting of unsaturated ester resin, tertiary butyl peroxy benzoate as a reaction starting agent, calcium carbonate as a filler, and silica. The thickness of the resin concrete board is in a range of 4 to 30mm.
