POLYACETAL RESIN COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition having excellent impact resistance with effectively improved problems such as lowering of weld strength or delamination of a polyurethane unavoidable in a conventional composition composed of a polyacetal resin and a thermoplastic polyurethane. SOLUTION: This polyacetal resin composition is obtained by compounding (A) 99-40 wt.% of a polyacetal resin component with (B) 1-60 wt.% of the thermoplastic polyurethane, where the polyacetal resin component (A) is composed of (A1) 99.9-0 pt.wt. of the polyacetal resin and (A2) 0.1-100 pts.wt. of a modified polyacetal resin having 1-200 mmol/kg of carboxy groups in the molecule.
