PURPOSE: Methods for preparing haloethylene derivatives and bromoacetylene derivatives are provided, to obtain the derivatives conveniently, economically and in high yield by employing cheap oxone and halogen salts and not using toxic bromine and chlorine. CONSTITUTION: The preparation method of haloethylene derivatives represented by the formula 1, comprises the steps of reacting the cinnamic acid derivatives of the formula 3, oxone and alkali halide in a solvent mixture of acetonitrile and water; and extracting the product. The preparation method of bromoacetylene derivatives represented by the formula 2, comprises the steps of reacting the phenylpropiolic acid derivatives of the formula 4, oxone and alkali bromide in a solvent mixture of acetonitrile and water; and extracting the product. In the formulas 1, 2, 3 and 4, R' is H, methoxy group, methyl group, Cl, F or nitro group; X is Br, Cl or I; and R2 is H, Cl, Br, F, methyl group or methoxy group.
