PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide swing type door permitting space-saving during opening or closing and easy door-fitting work and maintenance and inspection. SOLUTION: This slide swing type door is equipped with a support 31 fixed along one vertical frame 11s of a three-side frame body 11, a rotating shaft 32 arranged along a longitudinal direction inside of the support 31, and a bearing 33 and bearing devices 34 supporting the rotating shaft 32 in a freely rotatable manner around the shaft inside the support 31. The bearing 33 and the bearing devices 34 are installed in plurality. Further, one end of the upper and lower ends of the rotation shaft 32 is respectively fixed to the door, and respective other ends are equipped with an upper rotation arm 18 and a lower rotation arm 19 supported in a freely rotating manner at the predetermined position of the upper end surface and the lower end surface of the door panel 13. The door panel 13 is suspended by a suspending wheel 17 slidable inside the suspension rail 14.
