Electric control system for a turbo jet thrust reverser

The system has an assembly of electromagnetic units and position detectors (7) which are connected to an electronic control unit (20). An electromagnetic movement is performed using a linear electrical jack (10) moving a moveable element with an electrical bolt (21) holding the element in position. The electromagnetic units and the electronic control unit are fed by an electrical power network with intermediate connections. The jack has is driven by an electric motor (13) controlled by the electronic control unit.
