PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thready hair cosmetic having a soft feeling of touch by threading when the cosmetic is taken with the hands and applied, having excellent spreadability in application, spreading over the whole hair, having a less sticky feeling by preventing the cosmetic from unevenly adhering to the hair. SOLUTION: This thready hair cosmetic is characterized by comprising 0.001-5.0 wt.% of a polyethylene glycol of high polymerization degree having 300,000-5,000,000 molecular weight and water.
