PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deliver paper without having less influence on a recording surface by a more lightweight delivery driven roller, to reduce a manufacturing cost of the delivery driven roller, and to improve recyclability. SOLUTION: The delivery driven roller 56 is composed of a spur 11 forming a star shape having a plurality of teeth 13 on a peripheral surface of a disk, and a bearing part 12 rotatably journalled to a rotary shaft, and the spur 11 and the bearing part 12 are integrally formed of a single metallic member. The bearing part 12 forms a through hole 14 in the rotary shaft for rotatably journalling the delivery driven roller 56, and has a shape projecting to the one surface side of the spur 11, and is formed by burring, trimming, and crushing a refined stainless steel member SUS304.
