PURPOSE: A vacutainer tube is provided to achieve an improved accuracy of blood test by adding a time indicator function to the cap, while preventing an infection caused due to the splash of blood during separation of the cap from the sampling tube. CONSTITUTION: A vacutainer tube(10) comprises a storing section(13) for storage of sample blood; a cap section(11) for closing an entrance of the storing section; a time indicator arranged at the cap section, and which indicates the blood sampled time; and a cap separation member arranged at the cap section, and which separates the cap section from the storing section. The cap section includes a cylindrical part for accommodating entrance of the storing section; an auxiliary cap coupled integrally with the interior of the cylindrical portion, and which closes entrance of the storing section when the cap section is accommodated into the entrance of the storing section; and an upper cap(12) coupled to be rotatable to the top of the cylindrical portion, and which has a hollow hole formed at the center of the upper cap, such that the groove formed at the top surface of the auxiliary cap is exposed through the hollow hole.
