PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a change of a vehicle, and output a warning sound signal in response to the detection. SOLUTION: This on-vehicle acoustic device is provided with an on-vehicle audio unit 13 having an audio signal supplying unit 24 for supplying an audio signal, a volume adjusting unit 25 for adjusting the volume of the audio signal and an audio signal output unit 27, and a sensor 21 for detecting a change of the vehicle and for supplying the detected signal to the on-vehicle audio unit 13 and a control unit t22 for controlling the operation of the on-vehicle audio unit 13 and the sensor 21. |
