PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a granulation method comprising the steps to promptly cool moisture in a completely moisture shut-off state so as not to absorb the moisture to an allowable maximum extent and prevent a resin from being deteriorated by ensuring that no hydrolysis occurs under a high temperature condition during molding of a finished product, when granules are formed using a molten blended or modified polymer alloy. SOLUTION: The modified polymer alloy condensed in a solid phase through mixing a PET flake with a PEN pellet is fed by a biaxial kneading extruder and pelletized by a pellet manufacturing device 60. In this case, the pellet is manufactured under the control that the moisture content of the pellet is within the range of 0 to 90 ppm and the cooling temperature is within the range of -25 to -30 deg.C and further, the cooling time is within the range of 2 to 6 minutes. |
