PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a width adjustable door capable of being effectively used by selecting the width of an opening as W0 and W, narrowing a door storage section 26 (pulling margin) in comparison with the maximum width D of a door 23 and effectively using the surface of a wall. SOLUTION: A projected stripe section 34 of a door piece 32 on the front end side is slidingly inserted in a recessed section 40 of a door piece 38 on the basic end side to make it as a door 43. The width W of the opening 25 and the width W1 of the door storage section 26 are provided in a wall 30, and the opening 25 is blockaded by the door 43 (a). When the door 43 is pulled out, the basic end side of the door 43 is stored in the door storage section 26, and the width W0 of the opening section can be ensured (b). When the door piece 32 on the front end side is further pulled out, a part 34c of the projected stripe section 34 is stored inside of the recessed section 40, and the width W of the opening 25 can be ensured (c). When the door 43 is pulled out, it is moved on the opening 25 side in such a state that the width D1 remains unchanged, a locking projection 42 of the door piece 38 on the basic end side is locked with a locking section 44 of the door storage section 26 to control the movement of the door piece 38 on the basic end side (d), and when the door piece 32 on the front end side is further pulled out, the opening 25 is blockaded (a).
