PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the usability of a draft beer pouring apparatus for use mainly in a household, thereby preventing the original taste of a draft beer from being injured. SOLUTION: The dispenser is adapted to be releasably mounted on the opening of a draft beer container, and has a gas feed pipe and a draft beer pouring siphon tube inserted into the container, and a pouring cock. The siphon tube is composed of a flexible material and moreover a heavy weight is attached close to a free end of the tube so that when the draft beer container is turned sideways, the opening at the free end makes contact with the inner bottom of the container, while the gas feed pipe is urged so that, when the beer container is turned sideways, the opening at the free end is always in contact with a side wall surface of the container so as to be positioned above the level of the draft beer. Thus, under conditions that the container is turned sideways, the beer can be completely poured out, and, when the draft beer is poured out, abnormal sparkling or damage to taste can be avoided.
