METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING WEB OF PRE-BEAM GIRDER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a web of a pre-beam girder, which enhances quality in terms of a landscape and a rustproof effect by controlling the appearance of cracks in a concrete web surface. SOLUTION: A cement precast plate 7 formed by cutting a thin cement extruded slab is installed in a standing manner on a lateral side of the web of a steel girder 2 of the pre-beam girder 1 where lower flange concrete 4 is placed, and high fluidity mortar 8 is placed within the precast plate 7. The precast plate 7, which is provided with an uneven groove on its backside, is integrated with the hardened mortar 8 and made to continue by a joint part inducing the appearance of the cracks in the hardened mortar 8. The joint part is filled with an elastic sealing material so as to be made capable of keeping up with a width of the produced crack.
