SOLUTION: A faucet facility 100 is provided with the hot/cold water combination faucet 10 and peripheral apparatuses such as a dish washer and a water processor arranged around the hot/cold water mixing faucet 10. A mixing valve 31 mixing cold water and hot water is provided, and a feed hot water path 50 is connected to the mixing valve 31. A feed water path 40 is branched, one branched feed water path 40b is connected to the mixing valve 31, and the other branched feed water path 40a is connected to the hot/cold water combination faucet 10. A mixed water path 60 from the mixing valve 31 is branched, one branched mixed water path 60c is connected to the hot/cold water combination faucet, and the other branched mixed water path 60d is connected to peripheral apparatuses 20.
