COOLING SYSTEM FOR ON-VEHICLE ELECTRIC COMPRESSOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling system for an on-vehicle electric compressor capable of preventing a temperature rise of an electric device and lubricating oil and efficiently utilizing an engine room of a limited space. SOLUTION: This cooling system is provided with the electric device 6 provided in a hermetic container 4 and a compression device 8 driven by the electric device 6. This system is also provided with an electric compressor compressing refrigerating gas sucked from the hermetic container 4 in the compression device 8 and delivering it outside the hermetic container 4. A heat exchanging means (radiator) 75 disposed in an engine cooling system of the vehicle and a heat-exchange-related part is provided in a delivery side of the compression device 8. The refrigerant gas delivered from the compression device 8 is made to flow though the heat exchanging means (radiator) 75, returned in the side of the electric device 6 in the hermetic container 4, and delivered outside the hermetic container 4.
