PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the touch of a vehicle interior member all made of urethane. SOLUTION: The vehicle interior member 20 comprises a substrate 12 using a hard urethane form as a material and a skin 14 consisting of a first skin layer 22 using a non-foamed urethane as a material and a second skin layer 24 using a foamed urethane as a material. The skin 14 corresponding to the second skin layer 24 has a improved touch by elastic recessed deformation of the second skin layer 24 when its area is thrust inward. The second skin layer 24 is provided in an area where at least a crew may touch it. Furthermore, an edge portion 26 of the second skin layer 24 is formed to be gradually thinner as tending to the end.
