PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a security function preventing problems of changing a setting which a controller does not know or generating unexpected trouble, when a function of an industrial robot which originally the controller only can possess the right is erroneously executed by an operator in a state of dividedly performing works of the operators of the industrial robot. SOLUTION: This industrial robot is provided with a user ID input part S02, identification means S03 and S04 of the inputted user ID, and the security function limiting the operation content of the operator based on the identification result. This robot is also provided with a means changing a display language to a teaching pendant, a means changing a display content, and a means displaying a message content to the user ID based on the identification results.
