PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel facilitating the waterproofing execution, without influencing the waterproofing property by the execution and preventing an excessive adhesive from being forced out from the outside engaged with a connection between an outside frame material and a face plate. SOLUTION: The panel (aluminium honeycomb panel 1) is equipped with an adhesive recess section 22 for storing the excessive adhesive on at least one of the outside frame material 11a and the face plate 12 at the end toward the outside in the connection between the outside frame material 11a and the face plate 12 stuck on each other in the inside of a waterproofing member recess section 21 waterproofed by putting on a waterproofing member (rubber member 21a).
