PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the work environment by preventing the rainwater flowing down from a roof from being splashed on an operator seated on a driver's seat. SOLUTION: The roof 27 of a canopy 22 is provided with a water collecting groove 30 collecting rainwater and an intra-pole passage 33 feeding the rainwater flowing out from the water collecting groove via outflow holes 31 along a pole 25. The rainwater collected by the water collecting groove 30 flows into the intra-pole passage 33 from the outflow holes 31 and is discharged to the outside of an upper revolving superstructure 2 through the intra-pole passage 33, therefore the rainwater flowing down from the roof 27 can be prevented from being splashed on the head and back or the like of the operator seated on the driver's seat 21.
