PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink jet printer head in which grooves for releasing excess adhesive at the time of bonding a plurality of thin planar components in layers can be arranged with high density. SOLUTION: Along the outer circumference of ink channels 19a and 19b made, respectively, in a plurality of thin planar components 13 and 14 constituting a cavity plate, grooves 30a and 30b for releasing excess adhesive are made in any one of bonding faces of the thin planar components 13 and 14.
