PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a woody structural material for performing a low cost by overcoming a limit in a strength so as to contribute to allow a woody structure to prevail and to be developed. SOLUTION: The woody structural material 1 is made by integrating laminated woody plate-like materials 2. The materials 2 are integrated via steel sheets 3. More particularly, the sheet 3 is disposed on an outer side face of the laminated woody plate-like materials 2-1 or interposed between the laminated materials 2. Protrusions are formed on at least one side face of the sheet and the materials 2 are integrated by clamping bolts 4. Thus, occurrence of a creep or the like is suppressed in a state in which a beauty of a timber is held, and the material 1 is manufactured at a low cost while making the strength uniform.
