METHOD FOR BEVELING QUARTZ PLATE FOR TEMPERATURE COMPENSATED X-TAL OSCILLATOR

PURPOSE: A method for beveling quartz plate for TCXO(Temperature Compensated X-tal Oscillator) is provided to decrease a property deflection and improve a production efficiency by using a laser cutter in cutting a quartz plate for TCXO and in processing a corner. CONSTITUTION: A width of a quartz plate is from 10 to 1000 micrometer, a cutting rate of a laser cutter is from 1 to 1000 millimeter per second, a laser wavelength is from 0.5 to 5 micrometer, a laser pulse charging rate is from 10 to 3000 Hz, and a laser pulse duration is from 0.05 to 0.3 millisecond. The laser cutter injects water in cutting the quartz plate. The laser cutter performs an etching on the cut end of the quartz plate with a hydrogen fluoride base solution.
