PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To slide in a direction intended by a rider without limiting flexibility and to improve sliding performance in the binding attaching structure of a snowboard. SOLUTION: This binding attaching structure 10 comprises an outer fixing part 11 composed of highly rigid supporting bar 11a and attaching bar 11b, and an inner fixing part 15 that is composed of highly flexible soft attaching tools 15a. Since the outer fixing part 11 is provided so as to reach the vicinity of an edge, across the snowboard 1 even the change of the load direction of the rider is directly transmitted to the edge and the high sliding performance is attained. Also, since the respective soft attaching tools 15a are deformed corresponding to the load direction of the rider during sliding, the snowboard is sufficiently bent and sliding in the direction intended by the rider is assured.
