PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydration method for jellyfishes inhibiting generation of a bad odor, to provide a treating method capable of obtaining jellyfish hydration solution with an excellent preservability in which the rot does not proceed if it is stored for a prescribed period and a method for effectively utilizing the jellyfish hydration solution without post-treating it. SOLUTION: It the method for treating fish, it is characterized that fish is thrown into a treating tank 14 in which positive and negative electrodes 20, 22 are installed, if necessary, an electrolytic solution is added to the treating tank 14 and a D.C. current is fed thereto to carry out an electrolytic treatment.
