PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide coin rice milling equipment capable of shortening the time before milled rice begins to issue corresponding to the charging amount of treated rice while making it possible to prevent milled rice such as polished rice from being again discharged from a rice milling machine after once interrupted. SOLUTION: The coin rice milling equipment is equipped with a control means for performing control delaying the timing for starting the driving of the rice milling machine 9 so that the treated rice in a rice milling tank 13 is not exhausted before the residual rice in a stone removing machine 8 reaches the rice milling tank by residual rice recovery operation and a charging amount detection means for detecting the amount of the treated rice charged in the coin rice milling equipment. The control means performs control so as not to delay timing for starting the driving of the rice milling machine 9 or to reduce the delay time of the timing for starting the driving of the rice milling machine 9 when it is detected that the charging amount of treated rice is larger than a predetermined reference amount.
