PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a vacuum package film with channels is provided to simplify the process thereof and to reduce a cost of manufacture by forming the channels without a separate embossing process, and to adjust the shape of the channel and a distance between the channels. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing a vacuum package film(40) with channels comprises a step for forming a heat sealing resin layer on an air impermeable substrate(10) by supplying the air impermeable substrate and the heat sealing resin to a laminating unit comprised of a laminating roll and a cooling roll(20). By virtue of plural grooves(21) formed according to a predetermined pattern along the circumference of the cooling roll, the heat sealing resin is formed with the plural air discharge channels defined by plural projections corresponding to the grooves of the cooling roll. The boundary of the channels are defined according to a distance between the projection.
