PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for recovering a secreting fluid of a field crop capable of surely and efficiently carrying out operation to recover the secreting fluid secreted by the field crop. SOLUTION: This apparatus for recovering the secreting fluid AC the field crop is capable of rotating a holding table 6 of a feeding conveyor 2 holding a Welsh onion A after cutting the leaf part into a posture or an angle to provide the leaf part Ab of the Welsh onion A in an oblique downward direction, applying vibration or torque to the Welsh onion A and promoting the dripping down of the secreting fluid Ac. When the leaf part Ab of the Welsh onion A is drawn near or opposed to a suction port 40a of a recovering tank 40, the secreting fluid Ac secreted in the interior of the leaf part Ab and dripping down from an end on the cut side of the leaf part Ab is forcedly sucked and recovered with a suction device 41. The secreting fluid Ac flowing down on the downstream side of the recovering tank 40 is sucked and recovered by a suction force of a suction pump 45.
