PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pocket structure of a seat back capable of simply and quickly storing angular or thick small articles, etc., which are deep or wide, and preventing a pocket part from greatly bulging outward and deteriorating appearance, and improving appearance by inhibiting the small articles and valuables from exposing outside. SOLUTION: A second pocket part 31 is formed inside a skin material 15 on the back side of a seat back 13. An opening part 33, which is communicates with the second pocket part 31, is formed on the skin material 15 on the back of the seat back 13. The second pocket part 31 is formed of a molding member. An outer periphery rim 31a of the second pocket part 31 is fitted to the skin material 15 on the back side of the seat back 13. A fastener 17 is sewn on the opening part 33 of the second pocket part 31. The opening part 33 is freely opened/closed by the fastener 17.
