PURPOSE: A semiconductor memory device and an information processor are provided to improve the data writing speed of a semiconductor memory device. CONSTITUTION: A transferring device(101) transfers data in a burst mode. The number of transfers setting device sets the number of pieces of data to be transferred in the burst mode. A write command inputting device(103) receives a write command input. A clocking device(104) clocks elapsed time after a write command is inputted. A write start time setting device(105) sets time until data writing starts in accordance with the number of pieces of data set by the setting device(102).
